- A Flurry of new websites for VirtuAffinity Customers
-
It's been a hectic few months with a number of projects coming together all of a sudden. We were very pleased to launch the Northern Film Network website which has been something of a labour of love. NFN caters for anyone and everyone involved in film in any capacity in the North West. Which is probably why it's called the Northern Film Network.
Another site we very much enjoyed delivering was The Place Apartment Hotel . Our brief was to deliver a site that capitalised on the uniqueness of the Hotel and was a really strong online brand. A key crtiterion was that the site be deeply indexable and generate significant revenue returns as well as looking damn stylish. The commission was in conjunction with the rather marvellous Adoofa who are handling the marketing and optimisation.
We have been working with Manchester Business Consortium for quite some time. Not only have they provided us with superb support and advice, they have also engaged us to deliver conbsultancy on their behalf and in conjunction with the MDDA . We've been out to see a lot of local business and we hope we've been useful to one or two. If you know any business in the Greater Manchester area, we may be able to bring in some support and consultancy to help then with many aspects of their business. By the way, we built their site as well.

The marketing behind these ISPs is purely via Search Engine Optimisation resulting in high rankings in natural search. Another string to the VirtuAffinity bow.

- Online Marketing in the Real World
-
Thursday 11th March, 7pm at The CircleClub in Manchester.
-
Following the success of the WiFi event last year, we have been persuaded to host another event at The CircleClub . The last event was anything but formal. In fact it was something of a boozy verbal punch up. But the main thing is that it had considerable impact. See Bossco for some exciting results.
This time, we're tired of the usual rubbish about marketing, SPAM and so on. So we're going to tell it like it is. We have three short and pithy presentations for your delight:

Mail marketing is a cheap and effective method of communicating with your customers. Keep them informed and they will stay loyal. They may even bring you more custom. The tricky thing is that mail marketing requires you to be very careful about who you contact and how, otherwise you are effectively delivering Spam. Have you considered how much time you might spend managing a mailing list in Outlook? Will your network provider allow you to send out mass mails? Can you format your mails professionally? Many questions with one simple answer...
